Arbour Lake, Northwest Calgary's only lake community, continues to be very popular with homebuyers, who enjoy close access to the mountains and a mountain and Bow Valley views.

The lake itself is ten acres with a three-acre park surrounding the lake. For shopping there is Crowfoot Centre, a giant retail facility with everything from banks and big-box hardware stores to restaurants and car dealers.

There are about  3,000 homes in Arbour Lake-- mostly single-family houses, with the rest split between bungalow villas, walk-up apartments and condo apartments.  Prices run from just under $200k for a 1 bedroom with den condo to just over $1,700,000 for an estate lakefront home.
