For shopping there is Crowfoot Centre, a giant retail facility with everything from banks and big-box hardware stores to restaurants and car dealers.

By the time the area is completed the number of housing units should stand at 3,000 -- mostly single-family houses, with the rest split between bungalow villas, walk-up apartments and condo apartments.
